I have always been artsy and can't remember a time when I wasn't drawing. I obtained a fine arts degree but also fell in love with teaching. I taught first grade for 25 years where I developed a passion for children's Literature. Picture books are so much fun, and I try to impart some of this delightfulness to my surface pattern designs. I also love to travel and have great adventures with family and friends.
